Our Tour and Trek Packages to Bhutan includes the following Services

your visa to bhutan

On the 24th of June 2022, the National assembly passed the Tourism Levy Bill of 2022. With this new act, the sustainable development fee (SDF) of 65 USD per night has now been increased to 200 USD per night. Along with the increase in the SDF the minimum daily package rate (MDPR) has been removed as well. Previously visitors to Bhutan were required to pay MDPR of 250 USD per person per night, out of which 65 USD went to the government as the SDF. With the new bill being passed, tourists visiting Bhutan will have to pay 200 USD per person per night plus one time visa fee of USD 40 per person valid for 90 days. Besides, tourists are required to to pay separately for accommodation, meals, transport, and guides.

    Your daily package in Bhutan includes:

  • Government SDF (sustainable development fee) of USD 200 per person per night
  • Pick up from and drop to the airport with sightseeing and other activities involved
  • Three star accommodation ( All meals)
  • A licensed Bhutanese tour guide for the extent of your stay
  • All internal transport (excluding internal flights and helicopter services)
  • Camping equipment and haulage for trekking tours
Alternate accommodation in Bhutan- Your choice

Your tour package already includes a minimum 3 star hotel. If you wish luxury to deluxe stay, you can do so with little extra cost. Discuss with us.

Wide ranges of accommodations are available in Bhutan from resorts, luxurious 5-star to simple hotels and home stays in traditional Bhutanese settings.If you are on long treks, we will provide you with tents or other necessary camping equipment.

money transfer & refund

Your money will be directly credited to our bank account in Bhutan . The account however is not accessible to Bhutan Travel Guide. The payment only comes to us through Bhutan Tourism Council once your Bhutan tour is complete. Under unavoidable times, we will refund you as per the cancellation policy of the Tourism Council of Bhutan.
